Season's greetings; 'I am also very Sensible, that much is still to be done before we can obtain that Blissfull Peace for which we Fight & I entertain the strongest Expectations that this Country by adhering to its Upright, Steady & Honorable Conduct it has pursued hitherto, will be the means by the Assistance of Providence to afford not only to Us but to all Europe that Blessing after ['after' cross out] for which we have sigted these twenty Years'; on Regency government Signed and dated at Windsor
